Lee Dong Wook and Shin Dong Yup celebrated their last day as the co-hosts of�SBS' 'Strong Heart'.

Lee Dong Wook shared on his me2day, "The end of the last filming! We are having a wrap-up party," along with the above photo.

The photo shows the hilarious MC pairing enjoying their last moments together at the 'Strong Heart' after-party. It has been revealed that Lee Dong Wook and Shin Dong Yup filmed their last episode as co-hosts on the 17th, making viewers think back on their successful run as MCs of the show since last April.

In related news, SBS is�relaunching the beloved talk show as 'Strong Heart 2', featuring new hosts�Kim Hee Sun, Shin Dong Yup, and Yoon Jong Shin.
