Global sensation Psy has made headlines after he was caught smoking in a non-smoking zone this past Tuesday.
The "Gangnam Style" star was captured lighting up in front of a building in Toronto, Canada, where he recently wrapped up his first concert in the country. What seems to especially ruffle feathers is the fact that he stood directly in front of a "no smoking" sign.
Media sites such as TMZ and Perez Hilton have mentioned that Psy seems to have gotten away with the illegal act.
