Kim Jong Kook revealed the story of how he came to acquire his trademark 'mosquito' voice.
On 'Happy Together 3', Kim Jong Kook revealed, "Actually, when I was young I almost died. Back then, mosquito repellent came in a can and you had to blow it to use it. I thought it was a soft drink, so I drank the entire can. I got my stomach pumped, and my mom told me my voice was like this after that."
The others didn't believe him at first, so the singer further added, "I might have gotten an injury in my throat because of the pumping."
