Rock band TRAX' Jungmo (X-Mas) will be enlisting in mandatory military service later today (October 25th).
Jungmo will be entering basic training in Nonsan City for four weeks before beginning his term. Due to issues with his spine, he won't be able to participate as an active duty soldier, and thus will be serving as a public service official for 23 months. Jungmo also expressed his wish to quietly enter into his enlistment without any farewell greetings to the public and thus has refused press coverage.
As TRAX' Jay (Typhoon) enlisted this past March, the band will be taking a hiatus.
