Could Yoo Jae Suk become as famous as Psy internationally?

Yoo Jae Suk has been featured alongside Psy in an American newspaper.

On the 10th, Psy tweeted,

He uploaded a photo of the newspaper featuring cartoonized versions of him and Yoo Jae Suk from the "Gangnam Style" music video. The article itself follows the popularity flow of "Gangnam Style". Yoo Jae Suk's international fame had already been proven when fans found out that he had been given the 'O Visa' two years ahead of Psy. His appearance in "Gangnam Style", dressed in a bright yellow suit, carried his image out even further. Psy's "Gangnam Style" has also launched 'Elevator Guy' Noh Hong Chul into fame, though he had to refuse love calls from overseas due to difficulties with communication.
