After Psy ranked 2nd on Billboard's 'Hot 100', it's almost a foregone conclusion that he will be the first Korean artist to rank #1 on U.K.'s Official Charts Company singles chart.
It seems The Script and will.i.am's "Hall of Fame", as well as Flo Rida's "I Cry" will be pushed down by Psy's "Gangnam Style" made it's way to the top. The newest chart will be officially revealed on the 30th, but the likelihood of Psy being #1 is high according to an article by the Official Charts Company.
The Official Charts Company stated, "Fresh from topping music charts across the globe, including the Billboard Chart in the US, Korean YouTube phenomenon Psy may this week, at long last, finally conquer the UK's Official Singles Chart Number 1, Gangnam style!"
"Gangnam Style" had ranked previously 3rd last week, and is now looking at the very high possibility of ranking #1 this week.
Psy is also anticipating reaching #1 on Billboard's 'Hot 100' next week.
