Cebu inmates dance to "Gangnam Style"!

Cebu inmates have a history of large-scale dance covers of K-pop songs.  So it should come as no surprise that the y recently tackled the worldwide phenomenon "Gangnam Style".

Apparently, there was " insistent public demand" for the group to cover the song. Over 1000 inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) took to the rainy courtyard in front of a host of guests.
