Yonghwa ofCNBLUE has been chosen as the #1 singer-songwriter among idol groups.
On the May 16th edition of SBS' entertainment program 'K-Star News', Yonghwa was recognized as the "Idol who is most likely to succeed in solo activities". The honor was given in part due to the CNBLUE member's excellence in singing, composing, and producing, which are all talents that add to his singer-songwriter status.
In addition to his musical talents, Jung Yonghwa also boasts success as an actor on the small screen. The star played a major role in the hit drama 'You're Beautiful',and is also appearing in the overseas market with the Japanese drama 'You've Fallen for Me'.
'K-STAR NEWS' commented on the results, "Jung Yonghwa's greatest asset is his musical ability... The combination of looks that can melt any woman's heart with his charismatic leadership make him an easy pick for the number one spot."
In related news, 'You've Fallen for Me' is scheduled for broadcast onFujiTV in July.
