'K-Pop Star' contestants' scores to include only 30% from viewers' votes

SBS' audition program 'K-Pop Star' will be beginning its first live broadcast on March 4th.

After airing its final recorded broadcast on the 27th, the online voting began via K-Pop Star's�Daum media channel.

For this first live broadcast, 'K-Pop Star' will begin at 5:50pm KST instead of its usual 6:30pm KST time slot. With a full 110 minutes of airing time, viewers will be able to see the top 10 finalists' live stage performances as well as more complete commentaries from judges Yang Hyun Suk, J.Y.�Park, and BoA.

However, netizens were surprised after seeing the huge gap between viewer's votes and the judges' votes. Only 30% of the contestants' total score will come from viewer's mobile votes, 10% from online votes, and a whopping 60% from the judges' votes, with one person eliminated each week.
