'Music On Top' to implement a new chart ranking system

jTBC's 'Music On Top' has announced that they will be implementing a chart system starting January of 2012. The music show will be calculating numbers before the episode to declare a ranking of 'Top 10' nominees. Like other music shows, the team with the highest points will be declared the 'Top of Korea'. Fans in Korea can participate through live SNS votes to reflect their opinions in the ranking. Unlike other charts that are based on digital and physical album sales, 'Music On Core' will spotlight different aspects and issues surrounding the artists.
