We recently reported that an anonymous individuals named 'C' and 'B', leaked a sex tape and several photos, including nude ones and passport scans, of female celebrity 'A', who was allegedly in a relationship with his acquaintance, 'B', in the past. Unsurprisingly, the footage has been spreading across the internet like wildfire, leading to a flurry of rumors and subsequent legal action from celebrity 'A'. Official sources have not yet confirmed the identities of the three individuals, but various reports refer to celebrity 'A' as Han Sung Joo, a 1995 Miss Korea model and current news anchor. Though unconfirmed, the former pageant queen bears a striking resemblance to the female in the sex tape. Netizens allege that she seems to be the only celebrity that fits the descriptions that have been released.
After the leaked video and the photos went viral, 'A' and her lawyers have decided to take legal action by suing 'B' for defamation of character. Her lawyer stated, "Due to the spread of the passport scans and her personal information that have been made public along with a malicious story on a blog, she has been suffering from serious mental and physical pain." Meanwhile, 'B' posted a lengthy post on his blog stating:
"The image you see of 'A' on TV is completely fabricated, she is 180 degrees different in real life. Through the relationship with 'A', I witnessed the narcissitic, two-faced, and the almost frighteningly obsessive person she is, who always has her pay back even it means breaking the law. She is the kind of person who believes the world revolves around herself. Don't be fooled by her exterior. You probably can't even imagine how utterly selfish, and manipulative and backbiting she is. To give an example, 'A' got angry and even urinated on my laptop once. This is just one small example out of the many."In regards to the news of 'A' taking legal action against him, 'B' stated,
"I want to emphasize that everything I'm saying is 100% true and that it the celebrity is in fact 'A'. All the files and documents I have will evidence that what I'm saying is true. If it is needed, I will gladly reveal everything in court. "Her suing me will not change the past. If I was only trying to defame her character to a certain extent, I wouldn't even have started all of this. If need be, I will gladly go to court. Invasion of privacy? I'm just trying to tell my unfortunate personal story. How is that an invasion of privacy?"With the lawsuit in place, the police are currently looking into the IP address of the blog's creator.
