Eugene's "Princess Hwapyung" drama gets nominated in "16th Asian TV Awards"

The '16th Asian TV Awards' announced their nominees list on November 17th, which named Eugene's drama special as a contender for the 'Best Single Drama or Telemovie Programme' award. Back in June, KBS 2TV aired "Princess Hwapyung's Weight Loss", a comedic drama special set in the historical Baekje era. Eugene played as 'Princess Hwapyung', the youngest daughter of the late king who gets rejected on her wedding night by her husband, who decided to go for her beautiful lady-in-waiting instead. The humiliation was too much for Hwapyung, and so she decided to go on a diet to prove that there was more to her than appearances made it seem. The 16th Asian TV Awards also nominated SBS's two-part drama, "First Marriage", for the same award, while SBS's� 'Star King' got in for 'Best Entertainment (One Off/Annual). Additionally, two KBS 1TV documentaries were named for the 'Best Natural History or Wildlife Programme' award.
