After successfully completing the sold-out "Dream High Premium Event" at the Saitama Super Arena in Japan, actor Kim Soo Hyun made a return flight back to Korea on September 5th. As he was making his way out of the�Gimpo International Airport, he witnessed one of his fans falling down after being jostled by the crowd, and immediately rushed over to lend a helping hand.
