What makes up Navi's special 'diet salad'?

Netizens were intrigued by the contents of singer Navi's special diet meal. On July 4th, Navi revealed pictures of herself holding a salad and wrote, "Waiting..I'm hungry..I'm revealing my meal. Let's all be healthy and get pretty." In the past, Navi gained weight and had skin trouble when she was working on both a musical and an album, all while attending school. As her comeback loomed ever closer,�Navi decided to get some help from a professional chef. The chef recommended that she eat a Thai salad that carries ingredients good for your overall diet and skin. The salad contains grapefruit, cherry tomatoes, octopus, shrimp, and lots of greens. Grapefruits lowers cholesterol�and helps fight against aging skin. Cherry tomatoes can break down fat, while shrimp has protein and greens are filling; everything within the salad ensures that the meal is full of nutrients.
