The 2nd Seoul Cultural Arts Awards took place on the evening of February 28th at the Seoul Olympic Park with plenty of stars in attendance as awards receipients, presenters, or attendees.
Organized by the Seoul Cultural Arts Association, and into its 2nd year of running, the awards ceremony seeks to acknowledge those who have contributed in spreading Korea's culture in 2010 through broadcast, movies, songs, etc, with a total of 11 awards being awarded. The awards ceremony also seeks to introduce the richness of Korean culture with various cultural performances.
Stars who were in attendance included Lee So Yeon, Park Shin Hye, Rain, Harisu, Eugene, Lee Bum Soo, Kim Dong Wan, Lee Da Hae, Jeon Do Yeon, SNSD, and many more.
