On February 7th's broadcast of the drama, IU, acting as Kim Pilsook, ate meat secretly after getting sick of the bad hospital food. In this scene, IU wore a cute Disney ponytail holder in the shape of Mickey Mouse. After this scene aired, Disney's internet homepage displayed an increase in traffic by 30%.
