Was B2ST's 'Shock' plagiarized?

Recently, there's been a lot of talk of plagiarism of K-pop artists, most recently Ecuadorian singer Andrea Bucaram of MBLAQ's debut track, "Oh Yeah." Now, it seems there's another to add to the list as Vietnamese band, Bat Ngo - HBO Band uploaded a youtube video very similar to B2ST's hit track, "Shock." However, as many fans are quick to point out plagiarism, this may not necessarily be the case as it could simply be a cover - the track is also titled "( Shock )" in the opening credits. Regardless if it's plagiarism or simply a cover, the video is unintentionally hilarious, check it out below. [Thanks to everyone who sent this in.]
