A unique hip hop duo by the name of 'DOZ' has been doing exceptionally well in Japan with their debut single, "Arigatou Gozaimasu." The group had debuted as UCC stars under Sniper Sound, and then signed under Avex Japan last year.� Performing at clubs in Shibuya, Ginza, and Yokohama, they also met up with�Japanese musician,�Ryuichi Sakamoto. Their star appeal hasn't been lost on the ladies either, as Japanese women were charmed by Lee Giwook and Yoo Junsung's 'gagmen-like' qualities. Despite the fact that their hit song contained only two phrases - "sumimasen" and "arigatou gozaimasu" - it's already managed to grab 1.5 million views on their official YouTube channel. The duo also landed in 8th place on a cable channel's J-POP music chart, and were introduced to over 10 different TV programs as the 'trending stars of the moment.' Furthermore, DOZ has been picked up to be CF models for "Smile Rice Wine". Using "Arigatou Gozaimasu" as the BGM, the duo was filmed performing fun, quirky dances for the track. According to their agency, the Japanese company was attracted to DOZ for their unique charms, and felt that their fun dance would fit well with their product. Their CF will broadcast in Japan starting January 21st.
