Elf girl Han Jang Hee loses her case and must pay $180,000

Han Jang Hee sure knows how to stay in the center of attention. In 2006, she made news with photos of her sexy self from the World Cup and then managed to sign a deal with MC Entertainment to debut as a member of female group Foxy in 2010. Before their debut, she ran off and MC Entertainment were quite furious about her actions. The company sued her and it's been recently reported that they have won the case. The courts have determined that Han Jang Hee now has to pay around $180,000 for damages. After the ruling, MC Entertainment stated, "Because she didn't show up to all the scheduled activities Foxy had booked in June of 2010 and simply left the group without notice, all the preparations and planning we had in place for two years went to waste. Not only that, she lied in an interview about how her company gave her physical and mental pain. After two trials, the judge ruled that Han Jang Hee needs to pay us $180,000 for compensation." During the trials, Han Jang Hee deleted her profiles on all the portal sites, which violated certain rules on her contract with the company.
