Yes, this is so random! During the April 10th episode of MBC's Section TV Entertainment Relay, they apparently did a random poll on which celebrity has the biggest head and Korea's very own "Siberian Tiger" Kang Ho Dong won easily with the most votes. This was really an unanimous choice since his gigantic head size has been bought up many times during variety shows and he has no equal in this area.
