M! Countdown to be postponed

With the nation in mourning over the naval ship tragedy, MNET has announced on March 30th that M! Countdown will be postponed this Thursday. In a phone interview, a MNET representative expressed, "We will be showing highlights from previous episodes instead of proceeding with the live broadcast for April 1st. In view of the solemn mood around the nation, we felt internally that it was not right to go ahead with the broadcast." Music Bank had already announced earlier today that it will not be broadcasting on April 2nd. As for Music Core and Inkigayo, they are still in the midst of making a decision but there's a high possibility that they will not be aired as well. Come to Play, Strong Heart, Chitchat of Beauties, Win Win, Story Show Music have all been postponed this week due to the tragedy and more are expect to follow. As of writing, 46 sailors are still missing while a navy diver died during a search mission on Tuesday. We pray for all those involved in this tragedy.
