Korean Model/ Actor Marco Benjamin Lee, whom was born and raised in Argentina, has begun the process of officially changing his citizenship. On November 30th, in a phone conversation with Money Today Star News, a representative of Marco's management company stated, "Marco plans to change his citizenship sometime soon." He went onto say, "Specific details will be released once Marco has started the application process." Until now, Marco has been working in Korea with Argentine citizenship and his Argentine name is Marcos Benjamin. In the past there were news reports that Marco had previously applied for Korean citizenship but was rejected as he did not meet all the requirements. Marco gained popularity when he was a part of MBC's Sunday Sunday Night We Got Married, where he was married to Son Dambi. He was also an actor on the SBS drama, Dream. He is currently part of KBS 2TV's Invincible Saturday Invincible Baseball Team, where his teammates have nicknamed him the 'beast.' Will he be successful in obtaining a Korean citizenship this time around? Only time will tell.
