TWICE are ready to make their Japanese debut!

The girls will be compiling a best-of album of all of their Korean hits, re-sung in Japanese! Some of their beloved hits include 'Like OOH-AHH', 'Cheer Up', 'TT', 'Knock Knock', and 'Signal', and both the Korean and Japanese versions of the songs mentioned will be on their official Japanese debut album, called '#TWICE'.

For months, TWICE have been garnering attention for their much anticipated Japan debut. Various media platforms and TV shows in Japan such as TV Asahi's 'SmaSTATION', TV Tokyo's 'Japan Countdown', Fuji TV's 'Mezamashi TV' and more became interested in TWICE and their popularity.

'#TWICE' will be out on June 28, before their Japanese debut showcase 'TWICE DEBUT SHOWCASE Touchdown in JAPAN' on July 2 at the Tokyo Metropolitan Gym.

Are you excited for their Japanese debut?!

well that's what SNSD did with their album Girls Generation in 2011, along with new songs that had more Japanese style and were very very good. My favorite album. Twice will be good recieved, the door is already open they just need to enter

Twice's success in Japan is pretty much a given. Twice's style fits in nicely with Japanese tastes, they are already well known in Japan, and Twice has 3 advantages no other kpop girl group has ever had, namely Momo,  Sana, and Mina. The only thing that JYP can do wrong is to not give the Japanese members the lead with the talking and interacting with Japanese media and talk shows. Love Jihyo and Nayeon, but it would be idiotic to have them speak in Korean and have to be translated when there are 3 Japanese members who can also speak for the group, but in native Japanese.

It'll be nice to see the Japanese members be more visible, which I'm sure they will be. Expecting a Momo show!
