Seventeen have dropped the music video teaser for their song "Smile Flower"!

SEE ALSO: Go behind the scenes with 'Seventeen in Carat Land'!

"Smile Flower", also known as "Laughter", is a song dedicated to Seventeen's fans, Carat. It was originally part of the group's 2016 album 'Going Seventeen', but it looks like they'll be releasing a new MV featuring clips of their concert.

Seventeen recently went through a controversy involving their treatment of fans, so perhaps they want to make it up to Carat.

The "Smile Flower" MV will be out on April 1 KST.

Excuse me?? Can you please do research before actually posting up articles? This music video was posted as a gift to Carat's because we surpassed 7171717 views on their music video for BOOM BOOM. This was NOT as a way to 'make up' for the rumors. Delete that section now because that is complete untrue. The rumor was old news from 2015. 2 years ago. Why would such a thing suddenly appear after 2 years when SEVENTEEN is now so popular? To bring them down. I'm not agreeing to the rumors nor denying it, but at least wait for official statements from the company and or the SEVENTEEN members? God, you guys are honestly making me sick saying things like this.

"웃음꽃 (Smile Flower) MV Teaser. 2017.04.01 Release. #Thank_you #7171717 #CARAT #SEVENTEEN" That's what they actually say, it's not to "Make up to carats", it's to fulfill their promise if the MV hits 7.171.717 Viewers, AKP get your facts straight. I swear AKP is making up too much things these days.

@Allkpop you call this journalism? what about getting some journalist who actually knows how to be natural rather than fucking biased and write something like "perhaps they want to make it up to Carat" that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. they made a promise to us that when their song Boom boom got 7171717 views then they would release this song. all these controversies are old and back from 2015, well except the handwriting and Jeong Han telling the fan not to come BECAUSE she had spent so many money on them where she should have used it on her school instead, they all got clarified and that the absolute truth, Fansites had given out the fact that proves the shit you  have posted are fake.

Hello, fellow carat passing by. First of all, they did not make this music video to "make it up to fans". They made this because they promised to make a special video if the Boom Boom M/V reached 7,171,717 million views, which it did. Hence the music video that is going to be released on the 1st of April. They are merely show their love and gratitude for us carats that have supported them throughout Going Seventeen, and throughout their whole careers. They love us more than we ever could, even though we probably love them more (carats and svt are constantly fighting as to who loves each other more. It's a normal occurrence I love svt so much oml) Next time you want to write an article, make it complete. There is a lot more information (other than the one i have written above) that could've been put in the article. If you wanna make an article about their new m/v teaser, make it only about their new m/v teaser. Stop writing in old controversies (the "recent" controversy is from 2015, internet explorer.) considering it is absolutely irrelevant in this case. If you want to write about both topics in one article, then just don't bother. We're better off without your crappy articles. Oh and please look forward to SVT's One Fine Day that is airing on the 31st~~~ Have a great day carats ~~

Make it up to fans? MAKE IT UP TO FANS? Just what do they need to make up for us in the first place? Like make it up to us for worrying us with the amount of work they do? Thank us and cherish us 24/7? Do like 20 lives in IG, Vapp, Facebook, EVERYWHERE? Greet fans with smiles despite the shit they're dealing with at the moment? The only one here needing to make anything up to anyone here is AKP. How about you write some nice apology articles for not translating the articles from Pann properly and only translating the bad stuff... that are quickly shown to be FABRICATED (or just purely misunderstood)-- but wait: you bothered to skip over those details and articles!

Seventeen has always said how much they love and care for their fans. Plus this song was on their last album & they've been teasing it for a while. They have nothing to "make up" for. They are simply trying to thank us for the support as they have always done.
