SHINeeand INFINITE, who are known to be close, unintentionally became competitors as they both made a comeback this month.
On the October 6 airing of 'Kim Shin Young's Hope Song at Noon', INFINITE spoke about this inevitable competition, and to Kim Shin Young's question poking at the possible feel of rivalry between the two groups, INFINITE responded, "There's none of that because we're so close. Minho came into our waiting rooms when we made a comeback, and we each show offed our new albums."

Kim Shin Young then asked maknae Sungjong to say a sweet message for SHINee. However, the other members revealed, "He is the member who's the least close with SHINee." But Sungjong, unable to refuse the request, went on and sent a message for the group anyway,saying, "Sunbaenim, I'm enjoying your performance. Fighting on your comeback, and I hope we can promote together for a long time."
