According to an exclusive report, EXO's Chanyeol and rookie actress Lee Sun Bin will be in a drama together!

On September 21, a drama rep allegedly told Ilgan Sports, "Chanyeol and Lee Sun Bin are confirmed to appear in drama 'Missing 9,' which used to be called 'Picnic.'"

Chanyeol will be playing the cute playboy and the visual of idol group Dreamers, Lee Yeol. He's friendly with all girls.  However, in the past, he had been in a drunk driving incident, and the blame had been put on someone else.  Previously, Kang Ha Neul had received an offer for this part.

Lee Sun Bin will play Hallyu goddess and top actress Ha Ji Ah, who's a brat with no manners.  Because she has hemolytic anemia, once she gets an injury, she doesn't recover well from it.  Sometimes she throws more tantrums in order to hide the discomfort of her illness.  Previously, Hyeri had been offered this role.

The title change is not all.  The writer had switched from Kim Ban Di of 'Angry Mom' to Han Jung Hoon of '38 Police Squad,' resulting in some changes in content, as well. Although the casting involves lots of young actors, the male and female leads will be in their early 30's.  The drama will be produced by SM C&C.

It couldn't be more simple: Don't like? don't watch!

twinklefairy 88wolf Thursday, September 22, 2016

You do realize that when the ratings are low, the production crew goes into debt? Its very risky to cast people who cant act because at the emd of the day, the drama needs to make money to pay bavk the investors. So good and talented actors must be cast, not mediocre ones who are simply cast because they come from a big company. Unless you tell me that SM has enough money to pay back the investors once the drama receives low ratings and flops. So i hope you see that theres a lot more that goes on behind the scenes that just casting a person in a drama. Everything is an investment and an investor needs to make a profit from their investment so if you place a crappy actor or actress, thats billions of won gone to waste. I hope you get my point.

I'm more than confident that they've acknowledged that risks. "The drama will be produced by SM C&C", They definitely know what they're doing. It's their money, after all.

twinklefairy 88wolf Thursday, September 22, 2016

Yes it may be Sm's money. But what about other dramas that are not a production of SM? Why is SM shoving its idols into other dramas? For example, yoona and key??? Why??? There are so many actors that can do the job better

seruio twinklefairy Monday, October 3, 2016

you're simply never prefer idol in acting, so just move on... watch other drama then, there is no "shoving" here, its either how you use your brain to watch or not...

Omgggg ... kang ha neul  is so lucky

Joha_B2uty Wednesday, September 21, 2016

Oh no!!! I was hopping for a lead role for Kang Ha Neul ='(

kimmiefonze Wednesday, September 21, 2016

Give Chanyeol a chance peeps! And if he will do a bad job there are literally hundreds of actors to pine for instead. Let these idols discover their strengths and weaknesses just like normal people do in other forms of livelihood.

twinklefairy kimmiefonze Wednesday, September 21, 2016

Why not just go to the actual talented actors? We already know how pathetic chanyeol is from the very first web drama he did. He sucks and his fans need to stop shielding him. So yeah, he already tried and he sucks big time. Why should embarrass himself by doing it again? Look at how much criticism IU has received simply because she is in denial that she cant act. These idols should be like hyuna who turned down an acting offer cause she knows what she can do and cant do. But stubborn people like IU and chanyeol are just getting more haters than necessary. So no, he should just take a sit and allow the pros to do their jobs

kimmiefonze twinklefairy Wednesday, September 21, 2016

Well if that's the case maybe you should work in SM and decide whats better for their future.

kimmiefonze Wednesday, September 21, 2016

Also, no tea no shade but this ain't North Korea gurl! You could literally watch hundreds of Dramas with "better" and even great and sexy actors in them. Go watch it! Let the fandom have their moment.

About rating and stuff, welll it not only depend of great actor or what, chanyeol is super popular, sooo....

mizhrv Wednesday, September 21, 2016

WHY IS SM TRYING TO MAKE ACTOR CHANYEOL HAPPEN. IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

kimmiefonze mizhrv Wednesday, September 21, 2016

Looks like someone's been watching Mean Girls hahaha!!! Chanyeol is happening queen whether you like it or not.

nami_chan Wednesday, September 21, 2016

congratulations chanyeol and lee sun bin. By the way, she is really pretty ^^

veronicavivian Wednesday, September 21, 2016

It's an SM production, that's enough indication the drama alone is going to be bad. And on top of that the lead is Chanyeol, lol, and an unknown actress. It's like they are not even trying with this one.

JamlessCookies veronicavivian Wednesday, September 21, 2016

she was in Squad 38 and I would say her acting is pretty good

Kim_Ar_Yue veronicavivian Thursday, September 22, 2016

she the hot rookie actress now...she everywhere ..she act well ...

veronicavivian Kim_Ar_Yue Thursday, September 22, 2016

I know how to google, thank you. And this would be her second important role because before that she only had cameos. My point is that she doesn't have enough experience to lead a drama, and it doesn't help that the second lead doesn't have experience either. Other actors include Cao Lu and Zhang Yuan... MBC must be out of their minds.

Kim_Ar_Yue veronicavivian Friday, September 23, 2016

well we should watched her first to say that either she could be a lead or not...some people born with talent...and some need more work hard

JamlessCookies veronicavivian Friday, September 23, 2016

Im more worry about Chanyeol's acting than her lol

Knigin Wednesday, September 21, 2016

Fuck SM needs to stop pushing their idols into acting. I like chanyeol but the guy can't act well.
