CL recently sat down with Fuse for a short interview, during which she discussed the behind story for the making of "Lifted."

The rapper detailed meeting Method Man, and working during the New Year holiday the create a dope song. CL states that she managed to get her creative juices flowing, all thanks to Method Man's encouragement and advice. She also gives a shout out to Dave Meyers, the man who directed her MV, crediting him for doing an amazing job.
