EXO had fans going wild for their third solo concert 'EXO Planet #3 - The EXO'rdium' which was held on July 24 at Seoul's Olympic Gymnastics Arena.
However, despite their excitement, EXO-Ls couldn't help but be concerned when member Kai did not stand on stage with the group for a majority of the show. The idol had injured his ankle during the concert held on the previous day, and he came out on stage in a wheelchair to personally explain his situation to fans and alleviate their worries.
According to what Kai himself said, results of the X-rays he took at the hospital revealed that there was no adverse impact on his bones but he did severely strain his ligaments. The idol relayed sorrowfully, "I was so sad after I got hurt that I cried a lot. I will get better soon so that I can show everyone of you an awesome performance."
Kai wasn't the only EXO member in an ailing state. Member Lay also seemed to be unwell, especially after the group performed "Lightsaber." Following "Lightsaber," Lay reportedly seemed extremely exhausted as he grabbed his sides with a pained expression. D.O., who happened to be next to Lay had to support Lay so that he could stand upright. While the rest of the members were interacting with the audience, Lay stated briefly that "he will change his clothes" and left the stage limping.
Let's hope that Lay and Kai are feeling better and that they will get the rest they need to recuperate!
