Big Bang's Seungri was the featured host and guest on the September 7 episode of 'SNL Korea'.

For the Weekend Update section of the program, Seungri transformed into YG Entertainment CEO Yang Hyun Suk for a hilarious skit. Comedian Yoo Sae Yoon wore a long purple wig and acted like he was G-Dragon. When host Yoo Heo Yeol asked the faux Yang Hyun Suk about Seungri's "scandal in Japan", he responded, "Truthfully it was hard for him. It was fabricated, that rumor was far from the real facts. If that scandal was really true, why would she go straight to a tabloid instead of calling the police? She said he choked her. Seungri is a very kind friend." When Yoo Heo Yeol wanted to dig deeper into the incident, the faux Yang Hyun Suk started choking Yoo Heo Yeol playing on the "choking" part of the sex scandal.
