KBS has not officially banned Park Si Hoo from their station.

All three terrestrial stations (MBC, KBS, SBS) declared that they'd be waiting until the end of the investigations to decide if they would ban Park Si Hoo or not. KBS ultimately decided not to ban him, saying, "Park Si Hoo was not included on the most recent list of names banned from KBS broadcast. It's because his case was dropped and the investigations have come to a close. Because of this, he's not included on the ban list."

However, just because he's not on the ban list doesn't mean he'll be appearing on the station again. KBS said, "Even if he's not banned, it's still up in the air if he'll ever appear on a broadcast again in the future. He created a social disturbance, so the viewers' opinion of him is not positive."

Currently, Park Si Yeon, Lee Seung Yeon, and Jang Mi In Ae are all still pending on their bans as their trial is still going on for their propofol case. Kim Yong Man is also under the same pending status because of his illegal sports gambling.

Go Young Wook is currently temporarily banned. After his appeal hearing and future hearings, his ban will become confirmed.

It's Mr. Park Si-Hoo's outstanding acting  skill which make him popular in show business.  Since acting is the essence of being actor or being in show business,  I do hope and pray that people will be smart enough to understand that actors like him is also human being who have career that should be separated from personal life while assessing his performance;  I also hope and pray that viewers like me will always remember that the main reason of actor or actress existence is because of their good acting skills which entertaining us and not because of their personal life.  As long as they are doing good their job that would be enough to keep and cheer them up in show business.  Don't let personal life ruin their career because if that happen, we will be loosing them as those who entertaining and filling up our empty times.....As to Mr. Park Si-Hoo, welcome back and wish him good luck! more fans, more projects or shows to come and most of all, awards....

Hhhmmm, maybe he did create a "social disturbance" but I'm quite sure that he still has many, many fans (including me - I've only become a fan in literally the last few days since watching "The Princess' Man") and he's such a superb actor, that I really hope he'll be broadcast soon!
