Girl's Day's Minah (32) and actor On Joo Wan (41) will be getting married this November!
On July 4 KST, Bang Minah's agency SM C&C delivered the good news in an official statement. "We would appreciate your warm support and congratulations toward these two people about to embark on a new beginning in their lives. SM C&C also offers its sincerest congratulations," the label relayed to various media outlets.
Likewise, On Joo Wan's Haewadal Entertainment shared on this day, "On Joo Wan and Bang Minah, who have been in a serious relationship for sometime, have promised to spend eternity together with a marriage ceremony scheduled for this November." The agency also stated that the wedding ceremony will be held privately with only family and close acquaintances present, and asked for the fans' understanding.
Bang Minah and On Joo Wan previously met on the set of the 2016 SBS drama 'Beautiful Gong Shim'. They then reunited through the 2021 musical 'The Days'. Although the two stars never went public with their relationship, it's said that On Joo Wan was there by Minah's side when her father passed away last year.
Meanwhile, Minah debuted as a member of Girl's Day in 2010. She will soon become the second member of Girl's Day to tie the knot, after leader Sojin married actor Lee Dong Ha in 2023. On Joo Wan made his acting debut in the SBS drama 'Rustic Youth' in 2002 before going on to star in numerous productions including 'The Blade and Petal', 'The Penthouse: War in Life', 'The Taste of Money', and more.
