SS501's Park Jung Min sues CNr Media for $180,000 USD

SS501's Park Jung Min has filed a lawsuit towards his former label for 200,000,000 KRW (approximately $180,000 USD).

According to legal representatives, Park Jung Min had filed his�lawsuit against CNr Media because, "When the contract was signed in October 2010, the profit was supposed to be split at a set rate. However, the balance remaining has still not been paid. The unpaid dues are estimated to reach 1.1 billion KRW (approximately $1 million USD), but the suit is only for 200 million KRW. Later on, the exact profit will be calculated and the suit will be increased as a result. The label received the request of correction about the unpaid dues, but did nothing. Because of this, the contract with them was terminated last December."

Park Jun Min's provisional disposition to terminate the validity of his contract with CNr Media was approved by the Seoul Central District Court back in July. He is currently preparing for his Korean comeback.
