MTV's 'The Show' will be adding a new MC, Kim Him Chan, to host alongside present MCs, f(x)'s Luna and SECRET's Hyosung on the weekly music program.
Him Chan (which means 'full of strength' in Korean) is a rookie singer under TS Entertainment, and will be making his public debut through the program. His entertainment company has also revealed that he will be participating in a soon-to-debut boy group along with fellow labelmate Bang Yong Gook, who drew attention for his debut song, "I Remember".
Fluent in handling traditional Korean instruments, Him Chan gained praise for his expert skills at Gukak National High School, a specialized school which focuses on the traditional art of Korean music.
"Although he felt pressured by showing off his personal talents as a debut artist, the producers praised him for showing exceptional MCing skills," TS Entertainment revealed.
The first episode of 'The Show' featuring Him Chan will be broadcast on the 26th.
