UPDATE 2: Official statement from Kev Nish of Far*East Movement:
"There may have been some confusion in one of our earlier interviews. Although we did not have this conversation with Lady Gaga, we are huge fans of Korean artists and greatly respect what they do."UPDATE: The original manner in which rhythmer had written the statement had implications that Far*East Movement was referring to a conversation with Lady GaGa talking about Big Bang. The original statement was confusing and we misinterpreted it. Apparently, Lady GaGa never mentioned anything about Big Bang. Kev Nish of Far*East Movement is sending over a clarification statement on the interview question, which will be posted shortly. We apologize for the confusion! To further clarify on the original statement which was misinterpreted: The question was: "Do you guys know any other Korean artists in addition to Epik High?" The answer from FM: Yes of course, when we were on tour with Lady GaGa in Japan, we were asked if we knew Big Bang, after finding out that we were Korean. Note: The we were asked wasn't referring to Lady GaGa, but a general statement about the Japanese fans. We hope that clears it up and apologize for the mistake!
