June is about to be the month of revenge as So Ji Sub returns to the small-screen with his new Netflix original series, 'Mercy for None'.
Based off of a popular webtoon series of the same name, 'Mercy for None' follows the story of Ki Joon (played by So Ji Sub), once a member of a dangerous and secretive organization. 11 years after leaving the organization, Ki Joon decides to return after hearing news of his younger brother's murder.
In the first teaser trailer for 'Mercy for None' revealed on May 9 KST, So Ji Sub dives head first into the dangerous world where he came from, seeking answers over the death of his brother Ki Seok (played by Lee Jun Hyuk). Wielding his favorite weapon, a baseball bat, Ki Joon strikes down enemies one after another until the bodies are piled high and the remaining members of the organization are pleading for escape.
Also starring Heo Joon Ho, Gong Myung, Choo Young Woo, Ahn Gil Kang, Lee Bum Soo, Jo Han Chul, Cha Seung Won, and more, 'Mercy for None' premieres worldwide on Netflix on June 6.
