On the May 2 broadcast of the KBS2 music program 'Park Bo Gum's Cantabile', rookie girl group MEOVV showcased their chemistry with host Park Bo Gum, a fellow artist at The Black Label.
On this day, member Sooin was asked to share her thoughts on the group's first appearance on 'Cantabile'. The idol answered, "We were all very excited at this opportunity to appear on 'Cantabile'. It was also our first time performing with a live band, so it was an honor to perform 'MEOW' with the 'Cantabile' band. Most of all, it is a great honor to finally participate in a recording with Park Bo Gum oppa-sunbaenim, whom we adore." Hearing this, Park Bo Gum playfully waved a V-sign for the cameras, reacting to the special nickname used by the MEOVV members to refer to him, "Park Bo Gum oppa-sunbaenim".
Also on this day, Park Bo Gum learned that he and MEOVV member Ella debuted in the same year! The MC pointed out, "I heard there is someone here who debuted at 2-years old. Do you remember anything from then?" Ella raised her hand and answered, "Yes, I remember my first photoshoot from when I was 2-years old." Astonished, Park Bo Gum said, "So I actually debuted in 2011," to which Ella remarked, "Me too!", causing laughter.
Later on the show, the members of MEOVV took turns demonstrating their individual talents, with Gawon performing a snippet of "Number One Girl" by Rosé and Narin performing "Let's Go See The Stars" by Jukjae. Park Bo Gum also tested out his musical chemistry with the group, lending his hand for a piano version of "Toxic".
