NBC has now revealed a past interview with Korean-American figure skater Jinna Han, who passed away in the tragic recent plane crash in Washington D.C. The interview was conducted in 2022, when Jinna was just 10 years old. The talented young figure skater speaks about her excitement to see the upcoming Olympics, her figure skating role models, and her hopes of competing in the Olympics herself one day.
Jinna Han was one of the 67 victims of the mid-air collision that took place between American Airlines Fight 5342 and a military helicopter over Washington, D.C. on Jan. 29, 2025. She was 13 years old.
