Spire Entertainment has revealed CCTV footage of a man alleged to be OMEGA X' Hwichan sexually assaulting former CEO Kang Seong Hee.
On March 19, OMEGA X' former label Spire Entertainment revealed alleged evidence of someone they claim to be OMEGA X member Hwichan sexually assaulting former CEO Kang Seong Hee. In the press conference video above, the current CEO Hwang Sung Woo, who is Kang Seong Hee's husband, and his lawyer reveal footage of a man alleged to be Hwichan molesting and forcing himself onto Kang Seong Hee, who seems to try to stop him.
According to Hwang Sung Woo, former CEO Kang Seong Hee did not wish to release the video previously to protect the OMEGA X member's future, but following allegations about her actions, she decided the CCTV footage should be released. Hwang Sung Woo claims that on the day of the alleged incident he was drinking with the group members who were enlisting in the military, and Kang Seong Hee was late in the office due to OMEGA X' international tours.
Hwang Sung Woo further claimed that Kang Seong Hee cleaned up after the group seeing them drunk, and Hwichan asked to see her separately. According to the Spire Entertainment CEO, Hwichan then asked Kang Seong Hee to help him delay his military service. He then began molesting her, putting his hands under her shirt, and she attempted to de-escalate the question calmly. It's alleged the rest of the OMEGA X group members were shown the CCTV footage, and it was then the members realized they wouldn't be able to continue under the label and planned their lawsuit to cancel their exclusive contracts.
Hwang Sung Woo stated, "Because of this incident, the 11 members realized their future promotions were in trouble and started to create reasons. Soon after, they held a press conference claiming they were physically and sexually abused."
OMEGA X previously claimed to be the victims of physical and sexual abuse as well as forced drinking by Kang Seong Hee, and they filed a lawsuit to end their exclusive contract, winning the case in January of last year. Following the allegations of sexual assault, OMEGA X gave an update on their legal proceedings against Spire Entertainment and stated an investigation found an "assault had taken place. As a result, Kang Seong Hee will be prosecuted."

All they showed was a still image of a cctv. How we know it wasn't actually the ceo who told the member to touch her? As it was stated before the members said they were force to do sexual act with the ceo to stay in the group. I still don't believe 11 grown men would stand in front of the whole nation admiting to have been assaulted by their female ceo in tears just to get out of a contract. It's a humiliating and shameful thing to admit to for men. Thats why many males being raped and assaulted aren't spoken for in public anywhere in the world. Men have to keep their pride, as they were taught. So I don't see the point to not believing in the group.
