Since it was announced that MAMAMOO+, a subunit of the group MAMAMOO, made up of Solar and Moon Byul, will be making their first unit comeback on March 29, 2023, with the single album "ACT 1, SCENE 1" and the prerelease "Chico Malo" on the 21st of March. Fans have been buzzing with excitement for the group's comeback. 

The unit, in preparation for their comeback, has been interacting actively with fans, sharing Easter eggs and even some of the comeback preparation process with fans. This time the idols shared their pre-comeback workout in the video titled "Let’s work out together and not lie down!" shared via the YouTube channel Solarsido (MAMAMOO Solar's personal channel). Where both idols can be seen working hard on their bodies in preparation of both the unit comeback and MAMAMOO's North American leg of their world tour "MY:CON 2023".

In the behind the scenes workout video, both idols can be seen hitting the gym hard, motivating each other and the fans to work hard and not give up. While holding themselves accountable by saying that instead of starting from tomorrow or next month, if you want to achieve something, workout or etc., you need to start today.

Needless to say, fans are incredibly impressed by both idols and their determination to have the best form and stamina for their upcoming comeback and world tour dates in North America.
