NCT 127 is almost ready for their comeback and released a teaser video titled 'NEO SEOUL VIDEO.'

In the video, the members of NCT 127 are out partying and having fun in the neon lights against the dark skies of Seoul city. Each member shows off their dance skills and stunning visuals.
