Seungri and Yoo In Suk were reportedly investigated for more cases of negotiating prostitution than previously known.

Seungri has already been accused of procuring prostitution for Japanese investors at a Christmas party in 2015 that took place on December 24-25 and at a birthday party in Palawan in 2017 as well as for a foreign investor at 'Club Arena' in 2015. On May 15, MBC's 'Newsdesk' revealed there are additional cases and more details into the police arrest warrant requests for the former Big Bang member and former CEO of Yuri Holdings were revealed.

According to 'Newsdesk', Seungri negotiated prostitution to entertain Taiwanese businessmen in December of 2015, and Yoo In Suk paid 3.6 million Won ($3029.53 USD) to a broker for 2 escorts. Also in the same month, Yoo In Suk procured prostitution for 9 investors for Japan, and Seungri charged 37 million Won ($31,126.62 USD) to YG Entertainment's credit card. It's reported there were 12 cases of procurement of prostitution from December of 2015 to January of 2016 amounting to 43 million Won ($36,181.92 USD).

The prostitution mediation took place in Gangnam adult entertainment establishments using Seungri and Yoon In Suk's connections, and Yoo In Suk is also said to have used his grandmother's bank account to transfer funds. 

MBC further reported the two men embezzled a total of 550 million Won ($462,000 USD) from September of 2018 to January of 2019 under the guise of consulting and brand expenses.
