A Greek TV program has received heavy criticism for their disrespectful comments towards members of BTS, EXO, and Wanna One.
On January 4th, a Greek television show called 'Eutixeite' discussed the list of Korean idols who made 'The 100 Most Handsome Faces' of 2018. Looking at the photos of BTS, EXO, and Wanna One members (including Sehun, Kang Daniel, V, Jungkook), the main host Katerina Kainourgiou and her guests made personal comments such as: "He is Chinese", "Is he a man?", and "I can't believe there are women who voted for that thing to be No. 5. Come on!"*.
After watching the segments, netizens and fans worldwide called out the hosts of the show for showing signs of "racism", "xenophobia", as well as prejudiced remarks about gender image and "objective beauty."
Following this issue, host Katerina Kainourgiou posted an apology through social media, stating that she is "receiving terrible and threatening comments and messages" and that the same program plans to "make a tribute to their artistic side." However, netizens refused to back down, denouncing the apology note for trivializing her own doings as "humoristic comments."
Meanwhile, a different Greek talk-show 'Kalytera de ginetai!' soon covered the 'Eutixeite' incident, berating the comments made on the show and instead celebrating the groups' achievements as artists and philanthropists.

This isnt about a kpop group being insulted, it is about a group of people being insulted, it doesnt matter if is kpop, it could have been from another culture and still was rude and ignorant what they said. They should apologize and realize that they did .
they cant talk about other cultures like this, if someone talked about greeks like this they would be offended. treat others as you want to be treated.
