On the December 1st episode of 'Knowing Brothers', Wanna One discussed how their fame has changed the perception of their friends and family members. When the MCs asked Minhyun if he has any siblings, he told a story of his older sister who has expressed her wish to meet a celebrity.
"My sister kept asking, 'when are you going to introduce me to Mr. Do Kyung Soo (EXO's D.O.)'?", said Minhyun. "But I told her, 'even if I were close to him, I wouldn't introduce him to you."
The idol said that his sister became D.O.'s fan by watching the recent drama '100 Days My Prince'. Although his sister was 'off-limits' either way, Minhyun suggested that he wasn't close friends with many celebrities.
MC Lee Soo Geun then explained, "friends and family members tend to think that once we're famous, we are close to all the celebrities. But we know that that's not the case."
