The popularity of BTS strikes once again. The latest episode of "The Rookie" tv series (S02E11) includes a dialogue between officer Lucy Chen (portrayed by actress Melissa O'Neil) and officer Tim Bradford (portrayed by actor Eric Winter).
- Which BTS member is your soul mate? It's gotta be Suga right? - says, officer Chen.
- Totally. What's a BTS? - responds officer Bradford.
People who don't watch series aired by ABC might found this ironic or name it "poor" joke but those of fans of "The Rookie" who also are fans of BTS are loving it because it exactly shows personalities of both cops. Easygoing younger Chen knows everything about current trends when older Bradford living more old-fashion way life is reading articles about BTS without knowing who they really are.
What's worth noticing is that the latest episode of The Rookie titled "Day of Death" was watched by 4.89 million viewers which granted ABC channel win on Sunday tv rating battle.
