It was recently reported that the youngest civil servant to pass the civil servant exam has been found dead after alleged workplace bullying.

According to reports on February 9, a young level 7 civil servant passed away at home. She was revealed to have previously appeared on tvN's 'Yoo Quiz on the Block' as the youngest ever civil servant to pass the exam when she was 21 years old (Korean age).

The civil servant was working at the Seoul Museum of Art before her death, and some are alleging she was bullied at her workplace. Currently, police have found no evidence of foul play during investigations, which means the civil servant is likely to have taken her own life. A final note or will has yet to be discovered.

Previously, she expressed on 'Yoo Quiz on the Block' her difficulties adjusting to the job at the museum's research department. She stated, "At first, it was hard for me to adjust. Working life is very different from school life. There's no one around my age, and I'm the only female in the department, so it's a bit difficult."

Since then, the Seoul Museum of Art denied all claims of possible workplace bullying. An official from the museum stated in a phone interview, "There was no bullying since she came to the museum. We let them off the clock on time, and we do not give any difficult work to new employees. We only make them study and try simple tasks." The museum official added, "There were no issues within the team, and she had been with us for such a short time that there couldn't have been enough time for a problem to form."

After the tragic news was reported, many Korean netizens have gathered in an online community to express their sorrows and anger about the incident.
