Chinese actress Liu Yifei, also known as Crystal Liu, has been cast as 'Mulan' by Disney after approximately a year's search, beating out over 1,000 other competitors for the role. Liu Yifei debuted as an actress in China in 2002 before starring in Hollywood films like 'The Forbidden Kingdom' and 'Outcast'. Among Korean netizens, Liu Yifei is well-known for being the girlfriend of actor Song Seung Hun, as the two have been dating since 2014 after meeting on the set of film 'The Third Way of Love'.
