AMPERS&ONE is making a comeback on April 8 KST with their fourth mini album ‘DEFINITION,’ marking their return to the music scene after approximately eight months.
Ahead of the release, AMPERS&ONE rolled out a series of comeback promotions, drawing global attention with a strong emphasis on concept, music, and performance. The group unveiled three versions of concept photos—‘WE,’ ‘ARE,’ and ‘HERE’—each illustrating a stage of their journey, from wandering youth to a clearer sense of identity and ultimately a more complete version of themselves. This narrative aligns with the album’s slogan, “& NOW, WE ARE HERE,” heightening anticipation.
The members also showcased a wide visual spectrum, effortlessly pulling off everything from natural styling to traditional yet trendy accessories. Their deeper gazes, expressive performances, and diverse poses further amplified the immersive quality of the concept.
‘DEFINITION’ reflects the group’s introspection and determination to define their present and future. True to its title, the album conveys AMPERS&ONE’s effort to establish their identity and direction moving forward.
The title track ‘GOD’ blends Eastern inspired sounds with a dance genre foundation, delivering a unique sonic fusion. Its lyrics express a desire for protection and the will to rise again, while members Na Kamden and Makaya participated in writing all tracks, reinforcing the group’s authenticity and message.
Previously released music video teasers already garnered strong attention, featuring a catchy hook built around the repeated word “GOD” and choreography resembling a prayer. The performance also incorporates elements of traditional Korean dance with sharp, synchronized movements, creating a striking visual impact.
Following their comeback, AMPERS&ONE will kick off their 2026 live tour ‘Born To Define’ starting with their first solo concert in Seoul on May 2, continuing their momentum.
The full album and the music video for ‘GOD’ will be released today at 6 PM, followed by a comeback showcase at 7 PM at Nodeul Island Live House in Seoul.
