HYBE Music Group label ADOR announced on the 3rd that it will hold a global audition across 11 major cities worldwide to discover talented individuals who could become members of a new boy group.
The ‘2026 ADOR Boys Global Audition’ is open to any male born in 2007 or later. There are no restrictions on application categories. Applicants may submit any type of content that showcases their strengths, including singing, dancing, rap, acting, songwriting and composing, vlogs, photography, and more.
ADOR stated, “All applicants who apply online will be given the opportunity to participate in an in person audition and meet the judges directly. Rather than focusing on technique or trends, we aim to discover raw talent with authentic charm and strong potential. We look forward to your interest and participation.”
The in person auditions will begin in Seoul on March 21, followed by Busan on March 22, Singapore on March 28, Osaka on April 4, Tokyo on April 5, Vancouver on April 10, New York on April 10, Toronto on April 12, Los Angeles on April 12, Sydney on April 18, and Melbourne on April 19. Online applications will close three days prior to each city’s audition date.
Alongside the announcement, ADOR also unveiled a short form campaign video. The animation depicts an idea passing through the laboratory of ADOR, taking human form, and stepping through the door to a new world. The four elements — Lab, Door, Key, and Human — symbolize the company’s creative process.
