On February 20, the production team of KITZ’s short form drama Jump Boy LIVE (written by Lee Ra Ik, directed by Lee Jung Hoon) unveiled the main poster and trailer. The preview offers a glimpse into the journey of the protagonist ‘Ion’ (played by Kangmin) as he evolves into a hero.
The drama is a human SF genre series that follows the coming of age story of Ion, a last place student at a science high school and an outsider among his peers. After accidentally gaining the ability to teleport, he becomes a live streaming hero who saves the Earth.
The poster features Ion wearing a space suit, capturing attention with the bold tagline, “The live that saves the Earth begins now!” It heightens curiosity about Ion’s narrative and the challenges he will face.
The trailer opens with Ion discovering a meteorite and suddenly acquiring teleportation powers. However, the situation takes a dramatic turn when a mysterious figure begins pursuing Ion. In the final scene, Ion receives a proposal for "Project Outbound," hinting at the start of a new chapter in his life.
