A long-awaited reunion connected to 'Hangout with Yoo' is bringing back major 'Infinite Challenge' nostalgia, and fans are already buzzing.
According to coverage on February 6, Park Myung Soo and Jung Jun Ha completed filming with the cast of 'Hangout with Yoo' on February 5. The episode is scheduled to air on February 12. This recording is drawing particular attention because an iconic 'Infinite Challenge' lineup has come together again. Centered around Yoo Jae Suk, the reunion of Park Myung Soo, Jung Jun Ha, and HaHa recreates a combination long cherished by fans of the legendary variety show. Although Jung Hyung Don was unable to join, the reunion of these core members alone is enough to heighten anticipation.
'Infinite Challenge' first premiered on April 23, 2005, and ran until its conclusion in 2018. The program achieved a peak viewership rating of 28.9%, earning widespread national popularity. Over the years, 'Hangout with Yoo' has repeatedly featured former 'Infinite Challenge' members, each time receiving strong viewer response.
Back in 2020, and again in July 2025, Park Myung Soo and Yoo Jae Suk reunited on the show after five years. During that appearance, Park Myung Soo, Yoo Jae Suk, and Haha even phoned Jung Jun Ha, who was in the United States at the time, to reminisce about 'Infinite Challenge' memories and showcase their unchanged chemistry. That episode featuring Park Myung Soo recorded a momentary peak rating of 5.7% (Nielsen Korea).
Following the broadcast, viewer demand for more Park Myung Soo and Yoo Jae Suk pairings surged, with many requesting additional appearances. In a past interview, Park Myung Soo left the door open for future participation, saying, "Even though it had been a long time since I saw Jae Suk, our chemistry came back instantly. If I work well with that team and viewers enjoy it, I can join them anytime."
While both Jung Jun Ha and Park Myung Soo have appeared individually on 'Hangout with Yoo,' this marks the first time in five years that the two are filming together. Beyond the nostalgic reunion, another key point to watch will be their chemistry with the current cast.
